Wedding Vendors Association of North Dallas event policies:

Luncheon/Event reservations may be paid in full prior to the meeting via debit or credit card.

No refund will be given once registration is collected, but you are welcome to gift your reservation to another member. 

Please know that we must collect your registration to give numbers to our caterers. If you don't have a registration to an event, you are welcome to see if someone doesn't show, but we cannot promise a seat. If there is a spot open, your registration amount is due at the door.
